DISCLOSURE and AUTHORIZATION – BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
Our Organization is a non-profit, volunteer organization that needs everyone's help to be successful. We need your help in order to make our league effective.
Open Board Positions: Board Positions require attending a Board meeting per year. Experience is not required for any position. Background checks are required for most positions.

Division Director: Oversee division, scheduling, communicating with coaches

Director of Safety: Someone with medical experience to train coaches and establish league safety guidelines
Non-Board Positions

Head Coaches: manage a flag football team, schedule practices and Div. 1, 2, 3, & 4 also attend player drafts.

Assistant Coaches: Assist head coach, take over as head coach in his absence.

Field Maintenance: Help line games fields one or two days per season. Fields are usually lined the Saturday afternoon before the game. Lining requires approximately 30 mins.
Background Checks
All volunteers that are in direct contact with our youth players shall have a background check completed. This background check will need to be completed once.
Screening Criteria:
Any felony or misdemeanor convictions of the below charges will result in a Failure. Also, any misdemeanor convictions that have occurred while the applicant is or was on probation will result in “not eligible status” or Failure.
For the last seven years the following will include (based on national average):
Any Convictions of Violence (misdemeanor conviction or felony arrest)

Multiple Drug Possession Charges

Drug Sales/Distribution/Manufacturing

Weapons Violations

Driving While Under The Influence, Intoxicated, or While Impaired (report three year scope)
Any conviction without time table will include:
